Delete your cloud account

You can permanently delete your Firebase cloud account inside ACW Contractions without erasing care history stored on your phone.

Delete inside the app

1. Open More.
2. Open Journey.
3. Choose Delete cloud account and data under Account protection or Cloud account.
4. Review what will be deleted. For a protected account, enter the current password.
5. Confirm Delete cloud account.

What is deleted

Your Firebase sign-in, cloud profile, notification-device registrations, and internal subscription-account mapping are deleted. If you own a Journey, its shared cloud records, members, invitations, recovery data, transfer data, and notification-event records are also deleted, and every caregiver is disconnected. If you are an invited member, only your account and access are removed; the owner’s Journey remains.

What is not deleted

• Care history stored locally on your device.
• An Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it separately in store subscription settings.
• Transaction records retained by Apple, Google, RevenueCat, or payment processors for legal, fraud-prevention, or accounting reasons.
• Another person’s separate Firebase authentication account.

If you cannot use the app

For a protected email-and-password account, request deletion by emailing ACW@bunkicenter.net from the same email address. Use the subject “ACW Contractions account deletion.” We may ask for limited information to verify the request. Do not send your password, invitation code, care history, or payment details.

Anonymous accounts do not contain a verified email address, so they generally cannot be safely matched to an email request. Use the in-app deletion action while the account remains available on the device.

Timing

In-app deletion is submitted immediately. A manual verified request will be handled as soon as reasonably possible. Some limited backup, security, fraud-prevention, or legally required records may remain for a limited period before deletion or de-identification.
